Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Korta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kinco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Koganei product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Korta such as the 6843201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT5320CDP manufactured by Kinco and we are pleased to be able to service most Kinco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RAT30180SS2 by Manufacturer Koganei as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keyence Brand LKH07K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Koyo such as XJS655 equipment made by Koyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Koyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Koyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CVX100FP made by Keyence as well as the popular GLR36H original spares produced by Keyence
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CC11 by Klinger and XJS655 spares by Koyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CADDR15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
